Refund Policy

At DFitness, we strive to provide the best experience for our members. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for memberships, services, and other purchases.

 

Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are non-refundable.

  • If a member cancels their membership, no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the billing cycle.

  • Members must cancel at least two weeks before their next billing date to avoid future charges.

Class & Session Fees

  • Prepaid class and session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if canceled within the allowed timeframe.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 

Personal Training & Special Programs

  • Personal training sessions and special programs are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Merchandise & Retail Items

  • Refunds on merchandise are only available for defective or damaged items and must be requested within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with a receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Facility Closures & Service Interruptions

  • In the event of unforeseen facility closures or service interruptions beyond our control, refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of DFitness management.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • DFitness is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
